Designed as a comprehensive member guide, this publication aimed to simplify complex health insurance information into a clear, accessible and easy-to-navigate format across 68 pages.
The challenge was to structure a large volume of detailed content – covering services, providers, and policies – while maintaining clarity and usability for a broad audience.
As Designer, I created the guide, focusing on hierarchy, readability, and the creation of a structured navigation system.
Navigation system
A tabbed navigation system was introduced to provide a clear and intuitive structure across the guide. It allowed users to quickly navigate between sections, improving usability and making key information easier to locate.
Inside the guide
developed a section system to structure the content, designed custom illustrations and sourced imagery to bring the pages to life, creating a print piece that feels approachable and easy to navigate despite the volume of information.
